The story
Omago started with a simple observation: restaurants, clinics, and service businesses were missing enquiries every night. A customer would visit their website after hours with a question. No one was there to answer, so they left — and the business often never knew the enquiry had happened.
Most of the tools available were either too expensive, too complex, or built for enterprise teams with dedicated IT support. A restaurant owner should not need a developer to set up a customer-facing AI agent. A clinic manager should not need a long implementation just to handle after-hours enquiries.
